State of the GPS “Apposphere” - Navigating Smartphone Data Collection Apps

UConn CLEAR (Center for Land Use Education and Research) provides training in using handheld GPS units in the field for collecting geospatial data and creating maps. They have now developed a training course that is focused on using smartphones to collect GPS field data too. This webinar will provide an overview on the use of free and low cost smartphone apps for field data collection and mapping.
