This webinar by the Vermont Center for Geographic Information (VCGI), NH Space Grant and UNH Cooperative Extension presents remote sensing of lakes. Much about the dynamics and water quality of lakes, including parameters such as chlorophyll, can be obtained using remote sensing techniques. This webinar will detail the considerations when using remote sensing of inland water bodies and will summarize recent advances in the classification of lakes by remote sensing.
